Returns & Refund POLICY - VEEDOOFITNESS

As a fitness brand we are here to make sure you look good in our Veedoo fit, and that is why we will go the extra mile to make it our priority to please all our customers with our products. After a purchase form our website and for any reasons you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, you will have 20 days from the delivery date to refund or reach out to us via email or through our returns below and we will be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us through our Instagram or email with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.

  • our goal is to process returns within 7-10 business days of receiving your products.

  • If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • If you are an Australian customer, you will receive free shipping to return your item back to us.

  • As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. we will offer exchange if the item is available in our stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
